Digital Pressure Control - Pulstronic II - 1/4

The Pulstronic II regulator operates with pulsed pilot valves which change the pressure in a control chamber. A downstream pressure booster converts the pilot pressure into an outlet pressure. The Pulstronic II is particularly suited for static applications requiring infrequent changes in pressure or pressure control applications requiring a constant pressure at different flow rates, such as air supply over nozzles or turbine speed control.

Pulstronic II Specifications Include:

1）Fluids: Air or neutral gases, filtered at 50 μm, lubricated or unlubricated
2）Connection: 1/4 (NPT or GTap)
3）Pressure Ranges: 0 - 50 psi, 0 - 100 psi, 0 - 150 psi, 0 - 3 bar, 0 - 6 bar, 0 - 10 bar
4）Temperature / Fluid: 32°F - 140°F (0°C - 60°C)
5）Temperature / Ambient: 32°F - 122°F (0°C - 50°C)
6）Analog Setpoint: 0 - 10 V, 0 - 20 mA, 4 - 20 mA
7）Fallsafe behavior: Pressure held on loss of power without control
8）Hysteresis: < 1% of span
9）Repeatability: +/- 0.5% of span
